The AFI pump is a high-pressure chopper pump which can be mounted on a tractor or connect to direct power source. Vanadium and manganese alloy chopper blades chop the slurry prior to pumping, allowing for fuel efficient, block free operation. An oil cooling system keeps the gearbox cool even in heavy and prolonged conditions resulting in the most efficient, low maintenance agricultural pressure pump on the market.
The ME electric motor pumps are ideal for hog, dairy, or beef reception pits, water, sewage, syrup – the list goes on! Pumps can be used to agitate, transfer or to fill hauling units. Parts in stock in our USA facility to build pumps in various lengths from 4’-20’, additional lengths available upon request. Pumps can be run with motors from 5hp – 50hp 3phase or single phase. c-face electric motors eliminate belt & pulley problems. Hot dipped galvanize is standard – stainless steel components are available upon request.

The Daermix provides complete slurry homogenization inside the lagoon. Devitalizes pathogenic germs & weed seeds through fermentation, and lowers nitrogen loss, leading to higher slurry fertilizing power. Up to 50% higher production with respect to treated manure. Impellers specially designed for both air suction and slurry mixing causing higher water evaporation and consequent reduction of stored mass. Frame is completely stainless steel, No smell, Oil bath driveline and Special painted & polyurethane foam-covered floats.
